TopoLink Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 17, 2026
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
TopoLink is a VPN client provided by Nexvorat Technologies LLC (“Nexvorat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what data TopoLink processes, how that data is collected and used, and when information is transmitted to the VPN service provider selected by the user.
Please read this Privacy Policy before you enter a Provider Code or use the VPN service. You can also review this policy in the TopoLink App.
TopoLink acts as a client interface and service coordination layer. VPN service availability, subscription, and VPN server infrastructure are provided by the VPN service provider selected by the user.
This policy applies to the TopoLink iOS application (“TopoLink” or the “App”) and the website at https://www.nexvorat.com/ (the “Site”).
1. Information We Process
To provide VPN client functionality, TopoLink may process the following categories of data.
A. TopoLink account information
- User ID
Used for:
- account authentication
- app functionality
- service management
These data are not used for advertising, marketing, tracking, or profiling.
B. Provider Code
The Provider Code (shown in the App as a verification code) is the code the user enters to select a VPN service provider.
Used to:
- identify the selected provider
- route the request to the corresponding provider
C. VPN service provider sign-in credentials
The username and password entered by the user are credentials for the VPN service provider selected by the user. They are that provider’s credentials, not a separate TopoLink-only account password.
These credentials are transmitted through the TopoLink backend/gateway. TopoLink backend uses them to authenticate with the selected provider’s V2B service and obtain the corresponding VPN subscription/configuration.
D. VPN subscription/configuration
This may include:
- server endpoints
- routing rules
- related VPN configuration needed to establish a connection
Used to establish and configure the VPN connection.
E. VPN traffic / browsing activity
When the user connects to the VPN, device network traffic is routed through the VPN tunnel according to the routing mode selected by the user.
Connection statistics such as upload/download bytes and session status may be displayed in the App.
TopoLink does not use VPN traffic, browsing activity, or communication content for advertising, tracking, or profiling.
This policy does not claim that TopoLink stores no network data at all. Operational metadata needed for the App to function, such as connection state and traffic counters displayed to the user, may be processed as described in this Policy. The selected VPN service provider may have separate practices for its own servers and accounts.
F. Optional diagnostic data
- Connection logs and error details may be stored locally on the user’s device.
- Users may manually share diagnostic information when troubleshooting.
This version of the App does not actively send crash reports to third-party crash analytics services.
2. How We Use Data
- Email and User ID: authentication, app functionality, and service management.
- Provider Code: identify and route to the selected provider.
- Provider credentials: authenticate with the selected provider’s V2B service.
- VPN subscription/configuration: establish and configure the VPN connection.
- Connection statistics: display connection status and statistics in the App.
- Diagnostic information: troubleshooting when voluntarily shared by the user.
TopoLink does not use this information for advertising, marketing, tracking, or profiling.
TopoLink does not sell personal data.
3. Data Transmission and the Selected VPN Provider
When a user selects a VPN service provider and signs in, the provider credentials are transmitted through the TopoLink backend/gateway to the selected provider’s V2B service for authentication and retrieval of the user’s VPN subscription/configuration.
Provider Code is transmitted to the TopoLink backend/gateway to identify the selected provider and route the request.
VPN traffic is routed through the VPN infrastructure of the VPN service provider selected by the user, according to the selected routing mode.
The actual data flow is:
User → TopoLink App → TopoLink Backend/Gateway → selected VPN provider’s V2B service → VPN subscription/configuration → VPN connection.
TopoLink does not sell personal data and does not provide user data to providers for advertising or marketing. Information is transmitted to the selected provider only as needed to authenticate, retrieve VPN subscription/configuration, and provide the VPN client functionality the user requested.
The selected VPN service provider’s own terms and privacy practices apply to that provider’s service, including any logging on the provider’s servers.
4. Data Storage
- VPN profiles, saved credentials (if the user enables remembering credentials), and app settings may be stored locally in the iOS App sandbox.
- Communication with the TopoLink backend/gateway uses HTTPS.
- Sensitive payloads may use additional application-level encryption as implemented by the App.
The Site is a static product information page. It does not require an account and does not process payments. Our hosting/CDN provider may generate standard request logs (such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps) for security and availability.
Information about server-side retention depends on the actual service operation. Users may contact us at [email protected] to request information about their data or request deletion where applicable.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
A. Local data
Users can, in the App:
- sign out
- clear saved credentials
Local data remains under the user’s control until the user signs out, clears saved credentials, or uninstalls the App (subject to iOS system behavior).
B. Server-side data
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, maintain account and service functionality, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Users may contact us at [email protected] to request deletion of personal information associated with their account. We will review and process deletion requests in accordance with applicable requirements and any information that we are legally required to retain.
This policy does not claim that all data can be immediately and permanently deleted from every system.
Where an account is created and managed solely by a third-party VPN service provider, please use that provider’s account deletion or support process for provider-side account data.
6. User Choices and Consent
- Users can read this Privacy Policy before using the VPN service, including before entering a Provider Code.
- The App requires users to expressly agree to the related Terms and Privacy information before use.
- Users can sign out in the App and clear saved credentials.
- Users may contact us at [email protected] to ask about the processing of their data or to request deletion.
This policy does not claim that the App currently provides additional in-app privacy preference screens beyond the consent, sign-out, and credential-clearing controls described above.
7. Security
- HTTPS is used for communication between the App and the TopoLink backend/gateway.
- The App may apply additional application-level encryption to sensitive payloads, as implemented by the App.
- Local data is stored in the iOS App sandbox.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Users should protect their device passcode or biometrics and keep provider credentials confidential.
8. Third-Party Services
TopoLink interacts with the VPN service provider selected by the user for V2B authentication, subscription, and configuration as described in Section 3. This policy does not list individual provider names.
TopoLink also relies on Apple platforms and services (including Network Extension) to establish a device VPN connection.
This version of the App does not actively send crash reports to third-party crash analytics services. This policy does not claim use of Google Analytics, Firebase, Sentry, Crashlytics, advertising SDKs, or analytics SDKs.
The Site may be delivered by a hosting or CDN provider that generates standard request logs for security and availability.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
9. Children
TopoLink is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in the user’s jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact [email protected].
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and posting the revised policy in the TopoLink App and on this page.
